At GALLERY DEPT., we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase, offering a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and vintage-reworked items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return authorization form to ensure timely processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
